Returns & Exchanges Policy
At VANI Atelier we want every creation you receive to be exactly as it should. If there is any problem with your order, contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Product Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving it, subject to the conditions provided by applicable law.
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- not have been used or lit,
- be in its original condition,
- include its original packaging and accessories,
- have all labels and markings intact,
- and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Handcrafted Creations
VANI Atelier creations are made and finished by hand. Therefore, slight variations in colour, shape, decorative placement or finish may occur compared with the online photographs.
Such small variations are a natural feature of handmade products and do not in themselves constitute a defect.
Made-to-Order & Personalised Creations
Products made especially for you, according to choices or specifications you provide—such as colour, fragrance, composition, decoration or personalisation—may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
Before bespoke production begins, we agree the creation’s key characteristics with you.
One-of-One & Collectible Objects
Some VANI creations use unique, vintage or collectible objects and exist as a single piece.
If such a product has a problem, an identical replacement may not be possible. We will work with you to find the most suitable solution.
Faulty or Damaged Product
As many creations include glass, ceramic or other fragile objects, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If a product arrives broken, damaged or with an obvious issue, contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, send us photographs of the product and its packaging.
We will promptly review the case and advise you about replacement, return or another appropriate solution.
Return Costs
For a standard withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
For a confirmed incorrect or defective product, the return process is arranged after contacting VANI Atelier.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you when the process is complete.
Refunds are issued according to applicable law and, where possible, through the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch or before production of a made-to-order item begins, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not reached a stage where cancellation is no longer possible, we will cancel it.
