Terms & Conditions

Welcome to VANI Atelier. By using this website and purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Handmade Character
VANI Atelier creations are made and finished by hand. Slight variations in colour, shade, finish, form or decoration may therefore occur compared with website photographs. These variations are characteristic of handmade work and make every object unique.

Vintage, One-of-One & Unique Objects
Some creations use vintage, collectible or unique objects and are available as a single piece. An identical product may not be reproducible after it is sold.

Orders
Completing an order requires accurate customer details. VANI Atelier may contact the customer when further information or clarification is required.

Made-to-Order Creations
For personalised or bespoke creations, product specifications are agreed before production begins. Such orders may require different preparation times and be subject to special exchange or return conditions.

Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charges are displayed before checkout is completed.

Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order is complete when the process for the selected payment method has been successfully completed.

Deliveries
Orders are sent using the delivery methods shown in the online store. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by destination, courier, holidays or other factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange terms are described in detail on the Returns Policy. Different restrictions may apply to personalised or made-to-order products under applicable law.

Use of Images and Content
The photographs, designs, text, logo and all website content belong to VANI Atelier and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior permission.
